The main attraction of this city located in the northwestern part of the country is, without a doubt, the Angkor Temples, this fantastic legacy left by the Khmer Empire.
During my stay in Thailand They talked to me wonderfully about Cambodia, about its people, and of course, about its temples, so I decided to stop by.
It was almost two weeks that I was in Siem Reap and I have to say that I had a great time. Cambodians are an extraordinary people; Very hospitable, and when they smile, their eyes shine. They left me totally fascinated.
Apart from the Temples of Ankor, Siem Reap also offers a very good atmosphere in the city center, with a wide range of bars and restaurants that liven up the life of the traveler, both day and night.
And don't doubt the sincerity of the restaurant managers. To show the photo I took before entering one of them; if no dog, cat or rat meat is served, or worms are not served, at least they tell you. And it is appreciated.
Cambodia, a phenomenal country.
Something tells me that it will give much to talk about in the not too distant future ...
