As we are champions we went to the famous Petronas Towers the only day of the week in which you cannot climb to the upper floors. So if you plan to go there, don't do it on Monday.
Nor did the World fall on us because of the setback because we could see them illuminated at night and had a good time doing other things around the city. For those who like shopping centers and high-standing stores that know that in the basement of Petronas there is a luxury one.
Half a day we spent inside the Mall specialized in electronics and audiovisual. It's a pass and we spent about 4 hours looking for a new lens for Tatiana's Canon and a small laptop. Although prices are somewhat cheaper than Europeans they are no longer as bargain compared to what you can find when shopping online. Go shopping or not, the place is worth a visit and is only about 15 minutes walk from the Towers.
One of the main attractions of the city is its culinary wealth.
You can enjoy delicious dishes typical of Chinese, Indian, Malaysian or Thai cuisine. For those who do not like the subject, there is always the ubiquitous Italian and Western cuisine but of a lower quality than those originating in the area. We had dinner and lunch in different small restaurants in Chinatown and Little India. Good food at a great price.
He accommodation You will also find it cheaper in these two neighborhoods. Most backpackers hostels are located in Chinatown but we prefer to get a little out of the general burden of the area and stay at the Sleep inn from Little India. The place is pretty good with 4-bed rooms and air conditioning and free Wi-Fi for only RM15 per night per person. The people who wear it are very nice and they will help you with what you need. It is also located right next to one of the main bus stations in the city, Puduraya.
It is a very curious city where you can spend a few days quite entertaining with some tourist visits, very good food and contemplating the cultural color that distills so many different people living in it.
